Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the MetriGhost platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and MetriGhost.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of MetriGhost, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately at support@metrighost.com if you discover any security breaches

3. Plans & Pricing

3.1 Free Plan

The Free Plan includes limited access to core features: up to 5 offers, 10 documents, and basic statistics. Team features and Cashbook are not available on the Free Plan.

3.2 MetriGhost Pro

MetriGhost Pro is our premium subscription at $9 per month. Pro includes:

• Unlimited offers and documents
• Full access to Cashbook (finance tracking)
• Team collaboration with up to 20 members
• Advanced statistics and analytics
• Priority support

3.3 Billing & Cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

The MetriGhost interface, logo, code, and original content are the exclusive property of MetriGhost and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents, offers, and data you upload to the platform. By using MetriGhost, you grant us a limited license to host and process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use MetriGhost to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or transmit malicious code
• Attempt to reverse engineer, crawl, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use the platform to store or distribute copyrighted material without permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or billing
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period following termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

METRIGHOST IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. In no event shall MetriGhost be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
